What's Your shipping policy?
ALL orders will be shipped out through UPS/DHL express. After your payment was charged,we'll have 2-3 business days to prepare your items because every item is hand-made after we receiver your order.(Custom-made items need 7 business days). You will also immediately receive an email of delivery status from us when your order is shipped out .Usually it will take another 3 business days for UPS/DHL Delivery to reach your hand.Normally you can enjoy your sellections in 6-7 business days after you place an order on EastStore.com(Custom-made orders need 3-4 days more). The receiver should be responsible for bill duties and taxes (dutiable shipments only) which usually seldom happen when you shop at EastStore.com.

What's the shipping fee?
EastStore.com offers you UPS/DHL Worldwide Express ONLY $15.00 for order under USD$220. After 3-4 days preparation of the clothing(Custom-made orders need 3-4 days more), it will take at most 3 business days delivery to reach your hand for any order.

How Can I track the status of my order?
You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep. You can use this number to track for UPS/DHL at www.UPS.com or www.DHL.com

If I want to cancel my order,what steps should I take?
If you'd like to cancel or change an EastStore.com order for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your EastStore.com order number as soon as possible. You may only cancel an order prior to it being shipped out. We shall not be able to process a cancellation once your order has been shipped out. EastStore.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.

How do I exchange items?
We only allow to exchange or return within 15 days after you place your order to avoid vicious exchanges and returns. Custom-Made items can not be exchanged or returned.The best way to arrange for an exchange is to Contact Our Staff who will give you correct instructions pertaining to your particular order and send your detailed measurements, such as bust, waist and hip to Our Staff.So we can give you some advice. Every exchange scenario can be different and there may be times when we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back to us.

Can I get a refund?
You will be eligible for a refund claim within 15 days from the date you placed your order. For refunds, we will issue you an immediate refund of the value of your returned goods minus 10% re-stocking fee. This applies ONLY for normal size items purchased at EastStore retail website. Discounted items or items purchased as part of a special promotion and Custom-Made Items are NOT eligible for cash refunds.Free shipping orders should be deducted $15.00 shipping fee from return.Shopping bonus should also be deducted for returned items.For the best arrangement, please contact our staff to serve your return request.

In a normal event, the customer will be responsible for shipping their items back to us, whereas we shall be responsible for re-shipping exchange items back to you. Thus, we suggest you make careful selections for clothing before you finalize your order. Please refer to the appropriate size chart information when ordering clothes. Our size charts follow US standards.
